For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by what makes us human — what helps us heal, grow, trust ourselves, and feel more fully alive.

Before becoming a teacher and guide, I spent twenty years working in BBC Radio, producing written and audio content and exploring what truly matters to people. Today, I continue that work through my meditations, talks, courses, writing, and live events.

My own experience of living with Multiple Sclerosis also became an unexpectedly brilliant teacher. It sparked a lifelong exploration of healing, mind-body medicine, meditation, self-compassion, and the many ways we can participate in our own wellbeing.

Today, my work sits at the meeting place between nervous system healing, self-compassion, embodied spirituality, and the art of living a meaningful, vibrant life.

Many of the people drawn to this work are curious about the inner world — intuition, meaning, healing, and the deeper intelligence within us. But they're not looking to escape real life. They want a spirituality that is grounded, embodied, and practical. They want to feel more at home in themselves, more connected to what matters, and more able to enjoy being fully, authentically alive.

At the heart of everything I offer is a deep respect for individuality. I don't believe there is one right way to heal, grow, or live. I'm interested in helping people uncover more of who they already are, trust their own inner wisdom, and strengthen what is good and trustworthy within themselves.

Over many years, students and clients have told me that this work helps them step out of old emotional loops, trust themselves again, and feel more alive and hopeful about their lives.

And something else begins to open as well.

When we feel safe and at home in ourselves, we become available to more of life. Our intuition comes alive again, and we become receptive to joy, playfulness and wonder.

Whether you are exploring these ideas for yourself, or supporting others through your work, you are warmly welcome here.

Humanity is precious. Life can be amazing. Let’s explore together.

Every life has its threads. These are some of the ones that led me here.

Many of the people drawn to this work are curious about the inner world — intuition, meaning, and the deeper intelligence within us.

They want to move through life feeling more aligned, more resourced, and more connected to what truly matters to them.

Helping people develop a trusting relationship with their own inner guidance and open up to the deeper intelligence within them and the universe, is something I deeply care about and is at the heart of all my work.
